Please adopt the Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD) as your Charity of Choice for this year's City2Surf Dear Club President,


I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that the Sun Herald City2Surf 14km Run is on again this year and will be held on Sunday 10th August. You may or may not know but this year's event is going to be a huge Fundraising event for hundreds of charities, including ours AFFORD, The Australian Foundation for Disability.

If your members who are running have not yet registered online for the event at http://city2surf.sunherald.com.au/, I would like to ask that they consider adopting AFFORD as their preferred charity. We can be found on the website's list of charities, under "A" or under the "Disability" section.

The Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD) has been around for almost 60 years and we provide jobs, training and accommodation for over 1,100 people with disability across Sydney. We are currently expanding our services for people with disability and therefore raising much-needed funds is a major priority for us.
