June 26th, 2008 Posted by Hazel Brown West Dapto Working Bee this Saturday June 28th Kembla Joggers is the "Best Running Club in NSW". Well we the members think so, don't we? You get realy good value for our annual fees compared to other sporting codes. We can do this because we have a dedicated hard working volunteer committee. However, these committee members, like yourselves, have families to think of and can't always put up their hands when we call for volunteers. Well, here is your chance to put something back into the club that gives you so much.
This Saturday 28th June, from 7.30am, we will be conducting a working bee at our West Dapto Cross Country venue at Darkes Road. We will be erecting security fencing and improving the safety at the 2 creek crossings onto the BHP property extention to our cross country course. This will ultimately extend the course into a single 4km loop. If you can spare a couple of hours please come along as many hands make light work. You will need sturdy shoes, gloves and hat.
