ClubhouseThe Clubhouse includes a modern function room (Kerryn McCann Room), meeting room, toilets, showers, change rooms, disabled facilities, large entertainment balcony, garage, fully equipped kitchen and separate canteen, and an undercover outdoor entertainment area. The facility is impressive architecturally, incorporating brick and Colorbond materials, and utilising eco-smart and energy saving features.

Kerryn McCann Function Room

The Kerryn McCann Function Room is a stylish room which can comfortably seat up to 80 people at tables or 120 without tables. The large glass sliding doors allows the room to open up on to the large outdoor entertainment balcony which can easily seat another 40 people at tables. The room features Brush Box timber flooring, air conditioning, high ceilings, blinds, dimmable lighting and built-in audio visual equipment which can be hired separately – see below.

The kitchen features a servery on to the main room and contains a large fridge and freezer, cook top and oven, microwave oven, Zip instant hot water unit, commercial coffee machine, two sinks and a dishwasher. There are also 80 sets of crockery (plates, bowls etc), cutlery and glass wear (water glasses, wine glasses, cups/saucer sets), utensils, in addition to serving plates and table cloths etc, all of which can also be hired separately.

Function roomAudio Visual Equipment

The adio-visual equipment includes two remote microphones, a built in projector and large screen, in-built surround sound speakers, DVD player, Blu-Ray, CD player, digital TV tuner and iPod dock. There are also connections for laptops and most other equipment adjacent to the screen at the front of the room making this the ideal venue for any business presentation, seminar or training session. Outdoor speakers allow people on the balcony to hear everything that’s heard inside if required.



The canteen and entertainment balcony can be hired separately for birthday parties and outdoor functions at the park. The canteen is equipped with a drinks fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pie oven, Zip instant hot water unit and lots of serving area and shelf space. It faces on to the outdoor entertainment area on the northern end of the building which has access to external power and water supply.


Hire of the Kerryn McCann Room includes use of tables, chairs, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor balcony, private car park, lectern and toilet/change room facilities. AV gear and cutlery/crockery is available for separate hire.
